The Brief
"We operate five successful hair salons In Berkshire. The business has three key objectives to maintain our existing client base, to attract new clients for our graduating stylists and to raise awareness of the services and treatments we offer. Our salons are fashionable and sophisticated, attracting the higher end client" Publishing budget £40,000 per annum

The Challenge
A print magazine to reflect the Zappas brand with versions for existing and new clients, promoting different offers. The content is fashion-led, focusing on latest trends from the catwalks and celebrity arena. Staff members are featured throughout, giving expert opinions and advice

Editorial Response
An interactive online PAGE-TURNTM magazine with a similar editorial focus, including links to the Zappas online shop. This is promoted via a monthly emall to the existing client database.

Results
"In the first six weeks since publicatIOn the two magazines have generated 620 new clients, including 196 for our new stylists and 48 recommendations from existing customers. Based on an average blll- that's an immediate return of over £73,000. These results are from our own computerlsed booking system"
