The Brief
To deliver a flagship magazine that raises awareness of the global reach and depth of expertise of Savilis' services, while developing brand affinity. Additionally, our client wanted a title that actively encourages potential vendors to instruct them to market their property. The magazine also needed to complement Savilis' existing commumcation channels.
The Challenge
To produce a magazine that reflects Savilis' best of breed standing as the U Kis leading property services provider, and to provide a genuine reader reward in a market flooded with free publications.
Editorial Response
The publisher repositioned the title as a magazine that is serious about the business of property, informing Savilis' clients about trends and opportunities in the property market. This was achieved by significantly increasing the editorial coverage throughout the magazine and completely redesigning the look and feel. The magazine was mailed to a targeted segment of Savilis' client database and distributed in locations attracting high worth individuals. An online version was created to extend the reach of the magazine to different audiences.
