Fine Magazine

The Brief
Fine asked TMC to create an upmarket property and lifestyle magazine for distribution amongst their database as well as through premium outlets such as clubs, restaurants, spas and retail premises.

The Challenge
The magazine needed to look and feel like a consumer publication whilst working as a useful selling tool for the business. Therefore, there had to be a good mix of property and editorial features to keep the reader engaged throughout. In addition, Fine asked TMC to seek out appropriate advertisers to help recoup some of the costs.

Editorial Response
The completed magazine was launched in January 2010 with an array of lifestyle features that included city of Nottingham highlights, winter fashion trends, travel in New England and art events over the coming months. In addition, each property was presented in a feature format with vendor interviews and unique lifestyle photography. To support the magazine TMC is now developing an innovative new website and mobile phone application.

Results
The Fine magazine has been very well received. The feedback and comments have been outstanding, but above all the estate agent is obtaining more listings on the back of it and the brand name is being greatly enhanced. Furthermore, in the first issue TMC have managed to secure premium advertising from brands such as Princess Yachts and Smallbone.
