International Customer Publishing Awards

The International Customer Publishing Awards are the pinnacle of achievement for every one of the thousands of content agencies across the world.

The new awards will showcase effective and creative editorial content for brands, further cementing APA reputation as being the first port of call for organisations looking to engage their customers through branded editorial content, irrespective of channel.

The Awards now also include dedicated digital categories recognising the significant rise of digital activity within the industry. This decision has been made following an industry audit by APA earlier this year that revealed over 15 per cent of the work produced by customer publishers in UK is now online. New categories include:

  • Best digital solution of the year (B2B/internal)
  • Best digital communication of the year (consumer)
  • Best digital solution of the year (charities/not for profit/public sector)
  • Best use of video

The next awards will be taking place on Weds 23th November 2011 to be held at the historic Old Billingsgate Market, with a black tie lavish evening event to celebrate the creatively talent in the industry.

For more information contact about entry to the awards or if you would like to sponsor a category, please contact Phil Batten on 0207 4007506. Or visit the awards website Iloveed.co.uk »

APA@ - The APA Digital Audit
APA@ is a research-based project that gives an overview of  the digital customer publishing industry , establishing and measuring the digital activities of APA members to support their digital offering.

Commissioned in 2007, the APA Digital Audit provides an in-depth measurement of the role of digital within the customer publishing industry. An independent digital research agency conducted a digital audit of all members assessing their online credentials, the results of which proved that APA members are leaders in editorialised content.
