What the course is about?
This is a new bespoke course that explores the fundamental principles that you need to develop a digital publishing strategy for your clients.

The course explores the four steps of strategy: planning, creating, delivering and evaluating. It looks at which parts of this process customer publishers can drive, what resources are required, and which aspects might need outsourcing or partnering.

There will be group discussions and practical exercises exploring the fundamental considerations behind strategic thinking as it applies to digital customer publishing projects. The principles discussed can be applied to any publishing project, whether it's a website build, an email newsletter campaign, a social media presence or an iPhone app.

At the end of the workshop delegates will understand the key factors required to plan and create digital projects that meet and exceed the client's aims and objectives.
