This means that they could also be interested in festive deals, so it's an opportunity not to be missed by brands.
Make sure that all your hard work ahead of Christmas doesn't go to waste and keep your online community happy with these tips on how to keep momentum going over the festive period:
1. Silence isn't golden. Update both Twitter followers and Facebook fans about your ‘Social Christmas' times with a quick festive message. This way, if interested, people are aware of when they will get a reply if they contact you.
