Habitat plans digital magazine
Habitat, the home furnishings retailer, has appointed FST to launch an eCRM programme. FST, hired following a pitch, will produce a monthly email newsletter and microsite, due to launch next month.
The eCRM programme is designed to provide ideas and inspiration to the growing number of customers who interact with Habitat online.
The digital newsletter will showcase the Habitat range and update customers on current interior decorating trends and the latest store news. Recipients will also be able to click through to a magazine microsite.
